    Universities here we come!

Setting off early in the morning, meeting on the motorway and sporting two questionable pieces of facial hair in honour of Movember, Mojos Clothing headed to Warwick for our first part of the university tour. It was a fantastic day and was great to finally get our university tour under way!
Our next university will be UCL starting on Monday, so if anyone is at UCL, come make sure you have a look at our stall. We will be bringing a fantastic atmosphere round the uni, and beer pong to add to that!
It’s great to be getting the support that we’re getting for our collection online, and in our pop up stores that you will be all seeing round university campuses in the next few months.
Over the next week or so you should be able to find some new pieces of our winter collection going up online on our website. We really do think we have some fantastic items coming out, so please go online when we post about them, see them up close on our uni tour and give us some of your feedback!
We would also like to thank everyone for their support in terms of our Movember T-Shirt campaign. It’s been going fantastically, and we really couldn’t have done it without you!
So UCL, here we come, hopefully we will all see you there!!!
    Over and out,

    Mo-tally awesome!

Well, it’s day 4 of Movember, and I’ve got to say the Mo is coming along slowly, but nicely. We no longer look like 5 year old boys, and in the next couple of weeks, we might not get ID’d when trying to buy a bottle of wine. Regardless, it’s all for charity, and we’re glad to help!

Our Uni tour is getting closer and closer, and soon we will be heading to our first university, Warwick! With Beer Pong tables and some fantastic pieces of clothing, we’re going to see what Warwick has to offer!

We would also like to thank everyone for supporting us during our early Movember campaign. Our t-shirts have been flying off the shelves, which means we’re racking up our charity money nicely. Hopefully by the end of Movember we can be proud of the amount we have collected for the foundation!

Stay tuned for further upcoming updates, but for now, keep it up Mo Bro’s! And tell us what one of the Mo's you've chosen below!

    The World of Mojo

Well, it’s not mid October, and I thought this would be a great time to give you a little update about what is going on in the world of Mojo.

Recently we have been for a meeting with our friends at Pre-Fit Delivery to sort out our schedule for the winter in terms of what uni’s we will be visiting, and when we will be doing so. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks we will be getting out to you, a full schedule so you can see if your uni is on the list. Now, don’t worry if your uni is not on the list, we will be getting in touch with society leaders to hand over an incredible discount code for your uni to make sure you don’t miss out on our winter deals.

Not only this, but in the next week we will be coming clean about some greats plans that we have for Movember. Hopefully you’ll be able to join!

We have our new winter range launching in a few weeks, from new beanies, to new sweatshirts and newly designed onesies. If you’re trying to think of a way that as a seasonaire or a student, you can afford to buy new clothes, well we used to be both of the above, so we’ve made sure everything is sensibly priced for all your benefits!

So, don’t forget to keep following our blogs, we will get back to you with as many updates as possible. But for now, just make sure you stay tuned for some massive updates in the next couple of weeks!

    Until next time,

    The Mojo team

Meet the Mojo team - Jamie

Meet Jamie, the other of the Co-Founders and Director along side Joe.

If you met Jamie in person you would probably think he was bought up living in Buckingham Palace, having cups of tea with the Queen every day. However, he is a winter lover and doesn't mind getting a face full of powder (if he gets out on the mountain in time).

Jamie's passion for skiing started at a young age then progressed to doing his first season working in a hotel to ensure he can get on the snow every day! Then progressing to do his placement year at Uni in Chambery. First thing he did when he arrived was to head straight to the mountains, get a season pass and ski stuff sorted so he can hit the slopes every weekend when he wasn't studying. He then went on to completing University and going in to the 'Real World' and realizing it wasn't all that. So back to the snow it was. The next two years in Val d'Isere were where Joe and Jamie got Mojo into something real, not just ideas.

Jamie, being a very much 'fair weather skier' only gets out of bed if there is no clouds in the sky. However, when he gets his arse out on the snow, he is either trying out mono-skiing, making a fool of himself on the slopes or looking as outrageous as he can. Hence why him and Mojo go hand in hand.

Jamie's fashion sense, to say the least is not very stylish. From maroon chino's to a shirt and tracksuit bottom combo, it isnt great. However, when it comes to Mojo, it's a different story! His passion for making the clothes people want is brilliant. There are lots of plans with Mojo and with Jamie and Joe behind it all, it's going to be a fun journey!

Bring on the winter, find your Mojo NOW!

Meet the Mojo team - Joe

I’d like you to meet Joe. He is one of the co-founders and directors of Mojos Clothing.

If you met him you’d probably think he was found in the wild after being brought up by a snow leopard, or some form of a wild beast. This sadly isn’t the case, but his passion for snow would say otherwise. He’s completed 3 ski seasons in Val d’Isere, one which he successfully became a qualified snowboarding instructor.

Now just because he can teach people to snowboard, it doesn’t mean you’ll find him in the park pulling an impressive backflip off the black jump, or any jump for that matter, but for all intensive purposes, you’ll see him on the beginner jumps just failing a 180, but complaining that it must be because of his board. Either this, or you’ll find him scaling and leaping off massive (1 meter..) drops, where he subsequently lands on a rock, and breaks his board. In any case, you’ll certainly find him in the snow!

Joe’s passion for the snow is more than just embracing the winter days with knee deep powder, he loves everything about the mountains in general; the life, the people and more importantly, the fashion. Both our directors can tell you that, as previous seasonaires, fashion in the mountains isn’t what it is like back in England, or anywhere else for that matter. Colours, shapes, awkward looks are all something that go down a treat in the mountains, and so for someone that just looks awkward in normal day to day life, Joe knows his winter AND summer fashion like nobody else.  He has managed to use his experience and knowhow to sculpt a summer and winter range that’s not just accessible for the seasonaire, but for those who just love skiing, but sadly can’t make it out for the full season.

Our summer range was inspired by both directors, but Joe also has spent a lot of his time working in Surf shacks and hidden hideaways in Asia, therefore knows those extra little tweaks that make the Mojo summer range so unique and affordable for everyone.

He will be travelling the UK with Mojos Clothing this winter attending fairs at a mass amount of universities to help spread the Mojo word. Needless to say he won’t be turning down a trip to join the universities on their alpine holiday adventures.

So, get used to him, remember his face, as you will all be hopefully seeing him a lot more in the future.

Joe has his Mojo, where’s yours?

(You'll be able to find the next upcoming blog about Jamie, our other co-founder and director by the end of the week)
